Lea is the perfect person to be in that position of mentor. Not only is she incredible and obviously she has experience in film and theater, she really can honestly not only evaluate them and give them her constructive criticism but also really teach them. She is so inspiring to these contenders, Lea is Glee really. The epitome of Glee, both her character Rachel Berry and Lea herself.
